In 2021, a customer in Guangzhou wanted to export a batch of 500kg ornamental fish to Dubai. This was a challenging task for freight forwarders in terms of air transportation capabilities and operational skills. The basic requirement was that the first priority was to ensure 100% availability of direct flight space, and no flights were allowed after booking,The second is to be able to grasp the time rhythm of each operation node, complete each step in the shortest possible time, cooperate with the airline, and ensure that the oxygen inside the packaging is sufficient to support the entire process. The company immediately organized the most experienced operators to communicate and coordinate with the airline (ultimately choosing China Southern Airlines CZ) to develop the best plan.

1.Communicate in advance the detailed operation nodes for fish transportation, including packaging, delivery, warehousing, loading, customs clearance, and pickup, to ensure that each step is smooth and efficient.

2.Choose suitable water for transporting fish.
3.Fish fry should be stopped from eating in a timely manner and exercise with nets to eliminate the feces inside the fry, reduce the metabolic rate of the fry, and avoid polluting the water quality by being discharged into transportation containers.

4.On the outer packaging, attach a live transport label.

With the close and tacit cooperation of all parties, the first product was successfully shipped. Afterwards, the customer exports 1-2 batches of live fish every month, and we can always deliver beautiful and lovely fish to the destination.
